Shipping & Delivery Policy


At Ashoka Threads, we are committed to delivering your premium ethnic wear safely and efficiently. We partner with top-tier logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition.

1. Shipping Charges
We offer a simple, transparent shipping fee structure for all serviceable pincodes across India:

Orders of ₹599 and above: FREE Standard Shipping.

Orders below ₹599: A flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied at checkout.

2. Processing and Dispatch Timelines
Every single saree and garment undergoes a rigorous, manual Quality Control (QC) check by our fabric experts before it is securely packed.

Please allow 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully handed over to our courier partners.

3. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Deliveries to remote or highly specific pincodes may occasionally experience slight delays due to regional logistical constraints.

4. Order Tracking

Live Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a WhatsApp message with a live tracking link so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.


Local Couriers: In rare instances, to ensure faster delivery to certain regional areas, we may utilize specialized local courier partners. While these partners provide reliable delivery, they may not offer real-time, live map tracking. You will still be notified when the item is out for delivery.

5. Service Areas
Currently, Ashoka Threads exclusively ships within India. We are working on expanding our logistics network and will announce international shipping options in the future.

6. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, an unreachable phone number, or the recipient being unavailable, our delivery partners will typically make up to three attempts. If the package is still undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, any subsequent re-shipping requests may incur an additional freight charge.
